MyQWay Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of MyQWay, a queue and token management app for businesses.
Use of MyQWay
Business owners and staff may use MyQWay to create business profiles, queues, tokens, tracking links, QR codes, people records, reports, and public queue updates. Customers or queue members usually do not install the app and can open public tracking links in a browser.
User responsibilities
- Enter accurate business, queue, token, customer/member, and contact information.
- Use MyQWay only for lawful business queue management.
- Share tracking links only with intended queue members or customers.
- Do not upload abusive, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content.
- Protect account access and device access used to manage queues.
Business responsibility
Each business controls the customer/member information it enters into MyQWay. Businesses are responsible for informing their customers how tracking links are used, collecting only necessary information, and using queue records responsibly.
Public tracking links
Tracking links and QR codes are public to anyone who receives the link. Businesses should avoid sharing links with unintended recipients. Old links may remain available after queue closure to show final token status and preserved history.
Plans and subscriptions
MyQWay may offer a free trial, a free monthly token limit, and MyQWay Pro with unlimited tokens. MyQWay Pro is managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store using RevenueCat entitlement checks. Store billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are handled by the relevant app store.
Service availability
MyQWay may depend on internet connectivity, Firebase services, app stores, device software, hosting services, and third-party platforms such as WhatsApp sharing. SWAMIAPPA LLP works to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Data and account deletion
Queue and token history is preserved by design for business records. Users may request account and data deletion at /myqway/account-deletion. Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, subscription records, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Changes to these terms
SWAMIAPPA LLP may update these terms as MyQWay evolves. Continued use of MyQWay after updates means you accept the updated terms.
