MyQWay Privacy Policy
MyQWay is a business queue and token management app. Business owners and staff use the app to create queues, tokens, tracking links, QR codes, people records, reports, and subscription-managed access.
Data we collect
- Owner and staff account data such as name, email address, phone number, role, Firebase Auth user id, and business relationship.
- Business profile data such as business name, handle, category/template, labels, logo, address, public phone, website, map link, public description, and default queue timing.
- Queue and token data such as queue name, queue date/time, creator/handler labels, token number, customer/member name, mobile number, notes, tracking code, status, timestamps, and history.
- People records used by the business to identify returning customers or members.
- Usage and plan data used for free monthly token limits, trial status, reports, and subscription checks.
- Support messages or emails sent to SWAMIAPPA LLP.
How we use data
- To create and manage business queues, tokens, public tracking links, QR codes, and reports.
- To let owners and staff resend tracking links, show QR codes again, manage people records, and review queue history.
- To show customers safe public tracking information without requiring them to install the app or create an account.
- To apply trial, free, and Pro plan limits and verify subscription status.
- To provide support, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and protect the service.
Public tracking links
Tracking links and QR codes are public to anyone who receives the link. Public pages may show business name, logo, public address/contact details, queue name, token number, token status, current serving token, people ahead, estimated wait, queue message, and final status after a queue closes.
Private owner email, private business settings, trial dates, usage documents, RevenueCat identifiers, and internal staff/member data are not intended for public tracking.
Service providers
MyQWay uses trusted service providers to operate the app, including Firebase services for authentication, database, storage, hosting, and remote configuration; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement checks; and Google Play / Apple App Store for payment collection and subscription management.
MyQWay does not store card, UPI, bank, or direct payment details. Payment management is handled by the relevant app store.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to operate MyQWay, with the business account that entered the data, when required by law, or to protect users, businesses, SWAMIAPPA LLP, and the service.
Data retention and deletion
Queue, token, tracking, people, and report records may be preserved so businesses can resend links, verify history, resolve disputes, and review old queues. Archived queues are hidden from active lists but remain preserved.
You may request account and data deletion at /myqway/account-deletion. Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, subscription records, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Permissions
Photo/library access is used only when selecting or uploading a business logo. MyQWay does not require background location, contacts, SMS, microphone, or call log access for normal queue management.
