MyQWay Privacy Policy
MyQWay is provided by SWAMIAPPA LLP. This policy explains how MyQWay handles information used for queue and token management. We do not sell personal data.
Data We May Collect
Account information such as registered email, name, phone number, and login details.
Business profile information such as business name, address, logo, staff, and public tracking page details.
Queue and token information created by business owners or staff.
Customer or token-holder name/mobile number if entered by business staff.
Usage, subscription status, transaction references, billing records, plan status, and service diagnostics where applicable.
How We Use Data
Provide queue and token management features.
Show token status on business-safe public tracking pages.
Support business operations, staff workflows, and customer communication.
Manage subscriptions, trial limits, free token limits, and Pro entitlement status.
Improve reliability, diagnose app issues, and respond to support requests.
Customer Tracking Links
Customers, patients, devotees, or visitors do not need to install a dedicated mobile app to track their queue. A business may share a web tracking link or QR code that shows business-safe public queue information and token status. Public tracking pages are designed to avoid exposing unnecessary private business or customer data.
Service Providers
MyQWay may use service providers for authentication, database hosting, web hosting, payments or subscriptions where enabled, diagnostics, support, and service operations. These providers process information according to their own policies and applicable laws.
MyQWay may use approved payment partners for Pro subscriptions where enabled. Those providers may process payment and mandate information according to their applicable privacy and security terms. MyQWay should not store full card, bank, or UPI credentials, but may retain transaction references, subscription status, and billing records required to operate the service.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including Firebase / Firestore security rules and sanitized public tracking data, to protect information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account Deletion
Business owners can request deletion of their MyQWay account and associated business data through the account deletion page.
