This page is for users of mobile apps published by SwamiAppa LLP. You can use it to request deletion of app data connected with any SwamiAppa LLP app listed below.

How to request deletion

  1. Select the relevant app below or email us directly.
  2. Include your app User ID, username, profile name, or package name if available.
  3. Tell us what to delete: profile, profile photo, questions, answers, app records, or all app data.
  4. We may reply to confirm identity or clarify the exact data before deletion.

What may be deleted

  • App profile details, username, User ID, or account-like app records where applicable.
  • Profile photo, Sanvad questions and answers, or support data for Shri where applicable.
  • Group, member, collection, contribution, or app records for TrackMyLuck where applicable.
  • Support/contact request data connected with our apps where available.

Processing and retained data

We usually process deletion requests within 7 to 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the data. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, subscription/payment records, accounting, or compliance reasons. Google Play purchase and subscription records are managed by Google Play and/or billing partners and may need to be handled through those systems.
