MyQWay Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your MyQWay owner account and associated business data.
How to request deletion
Email SWAMIAPPA LLP from your registered MyQWay owner email address.
Include the following details:
- Registered owner email address
- Business name and business handle, if available
- Phone number linked to the business, if available
- A clear statement that you want to delete your MyQWay account and associated business data
What may be deleted
- Firebase Auth owner account where technically possible
- Owner/staff user profile data
- Business profile and logo data
- Queues, tokens, people records, tracking mirror data, and usage records associated with the business
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, subscription/billing history, dispute handling, or legitimate business recordkeeping. Public tracking links may stop working after deletion where related data is removed.
Processing time
We aim to review deletion requests within 7 business days after verifying account ownership. Additional verification may be required to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
Subscription note
Deleting your MyQWay account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Please cancel subscriptions through the relevant store account.
